We feel that rosé isn't just a warm weather refresher. This is why we put the same amount of care into this wine as every other bottle we make. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the esteemed Willow Creek AVA, and fermented in neutral barrels, this wine has the depth and complexity to be enjoyed in all four seasons.
Crisp and lush, this Rosé is refreshingly clean. It has rounded mouthfeel from barrel fermentation in neutral barrels, with tropical fruit notes balances with soft hints of minerality. It is vibrant in color and taste!
This rosé was "picked for purpose," meaning these grapes were picked early and pressed immediately. This wine is not bleed-off from a red wine tank! We barrel fermented in neutral oak and left it in barrels for 3 months, to round-out the edges and soften the mouthfeel.
