This isn't your mother's Pinot Noir! Paso Robles isn't known as a Pinot rich area, as we are faced with blistering summer heat and extreme temperature changes throughout a day (up to a 50ºF swing in a 24 hour period). Pinot Noir is a delicate grape that usually does better in cooler climates with less extremes. However, our Pinot is grown in Paso Robles, and it faces that big heat head on. The result is a big, rich Pinot Noir that is unlike anything else. This Pinot is fuller than the traditional style, but sitll maintains the elegance and complexity of a typical Pinot Noir.
