Nowadays, people are misinformed about many things in the wine industry. I want to help educate wine consumers! Sulfites are not evil in wine, they are actually a natural byproduct of fermentation. Find out what it means when a bottle says "natural" or "no ADDED sulfites" and why that doesn't necessarily mean it is Sulfite free.
Because of the drought, our grape crop has been severely lowered. We were expecting an easy harvest until a large winery in Napa came in and asked us to store and manage large amount of their wine. One of the more laborious parts of the winemaking process is pressing the grapes. Here, we explain that process.
