GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia. We are only able to ship to the following states if you purchase wine ON-SITE to be shipped to you: Arkansas, Delaware, and Rhode Island.
If Serrano Wine is unable to ship directly to your state, please find a relative, friend or wine storage facility within a state we are allowed to ship to and use their address as your delivery address.
We cannot ship wine direct to consumers internationally at this point. If you are a distributor or store outside of the US, please contact us about export options.
We ship throughout the US on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednedays, to ensure your wine arrives at your doorstep within the same week. We ship within Texas on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Your order may be placed on a “weather hold” if the weather conditions are not conducive to shipping wine. We will send you an email notification with a tracking number when your wine ships.
For all states, we use UPS.
ALTERNATE SHIP METHODS
Customers may request an alternate carrier or shipping service level. In most cases, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping rates fluctuate and vary per region. For more specific information send an email to email@example.com BEFORE you place an order.
Please let us know if you have any shipping changes that are made after your order is placed, so that we can update your shipping information before your order is shipped. All shipping changes must be submitted before your order is in route to you. If the wines are re-routed or returned we will have to charge you for any related shipping fees.
We will not be able to make any delivery changes after an order is packed.
If a customer needs to manage their delivery after the order is packed, or has already shipped, we recommend waiting for the tracking notification and managing the delivery directly through UPS My Choice. Please note, carriers will not reroute packages to alternate homes or offices. They will only reroute packages to nearby pick up locations / access points.
Adult Signature Required at Delivery
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery must be at least 21 and may be required to sign for the wine and show evidence of age.
It is the responsibility of the customer to successfully sign for a delivery. Saxum provides ample notice and time for customers to submit changes before an order is packed.
If a package is returned the customer can request to have the package re-shipped (shipping charges will be applied). If re-shipment is not requested the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
